How do I return an item?

RETURNS:
We want you to enjoy what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. Returns are available . All items unopened and in original condition returned within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged or refunded to the original form of tender. Items must be in their original state with tags and labels. (No returns or exchanges on custom ordered items OR plush/stuffed animals.)

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
Our top priority is to provide the best possible service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Returns must include a valid receipt/or packing slip and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

TWO EASY WAYS TO RETURN:
-Return to the Campus Store.
-Return by mail. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

Here are the steps to return your item(s) for a refund.

Package your items securely so there is no damage or lost items while in transit.
A copy of your shipping confirmation email or order details should be sent with your return. If you do not have your shipping confirmation or order details, then simply include a note with your name, address, and order number. Refunds may be delayed if the return cannot be identified.
Return shipping is at your expense. It is suggested to use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s) as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Retain your tracking information and shipping receipt until your refund is issued. Ground or an equivalent level of shipping is sufficient.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
