RETURNS are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition and have tags intact. Shipping fees are not refundable.

SHIPPING:

  • The Woodward Academy Online Campus Store ships packages via FedEx and USPS. Tracking is available.  Average shipping time is 3-5 business days. 
  • Woodward Academy does not ship on weekends or school holidays when school is not in session.
  • You will be notified via email when your order has shipped or is ready for pick up.

DELIVERY: FREE School Delivery is available when school is in session.

  • Primary School/Woodward North orders may take up to 48 hours to be delivered to their respective schools. 
  • Lower School/Middle School orders are delivered to the Front Office daily beginning at 10:00am.
  • Upper School students must pick up their order in the Campus Store.
  • Orders placed after 9:00 am will be delivered the next business day.

FREE In Store Pick Up is an option for all orders

  • Large oversized items are always picked up in the Campus Store
